Terms and Conditions

No returns or refunds on Custom orders or after 24 hours. 

(Example: you order $200 worth of items, I start the work and you then change your mind after a week. No refund will be given)

If you want something custom created I would love to! But I do require payment in full before I start the work and no refunds.

If something is damaged in shipping, message me to work something out.

I will not tolerate nasty or demanding messages. I will cancel your current and future orders and move on. 

I try to ship as soon as possible, but I do have children and a private life and things happen. I will let you know of any kind of delay.

USPS is having all kinds of shipping delays, I'm not responsible for delay in the postal system.

Please read all descriptions on my items. I will not refund because the item you bought was smaller/bigger than expected if the sizes are clearly listed.
